Refund policy

At Studio Ruut, each piece is created with care and intention. If something doesn’t feel right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued after inspection, excluding delivery and collection costs
